Start with what is actually in the vial
Open Calculator and enter the total milligrams from your vial label. Use a preset or type your own value. Then enter the total liquid volume in mL. These fields work independently of the vial sizes in the Signal Axiom catalog. If you only know the concentration, confirm the total amount and volume from the label or pharmacy before entering them.
Enter the amount you want to convert
Choose mg or mcg and enter an amount already determined for your situation. Switching between these units preserves the same amount: 1 mg equals 1,000 mcg. The calculator converts your entry; it does not decide an amount, schedule, or treatment. Changing a vial size never means that the amount to use should increase.
Read units and mL together
The highlighted result uses the U-100 scale, where 100 units represent 1 mL. The mL result appears alongside it. Select a 30-, 50-, or 100-unit capacity to compare the volume with that capacity. The scale is a visual reference, not a substitute for checking the actual syringe markings. U-100 volume markings are not the same as biological IU on an hCG label.
Keep blends and stacks separate
A blend combines ingredients in one vial. Its total amount and ingredient proportions both matter. A stack uses separate products, each with its own concentration. Open Protocols to browse the available references, and calculate separate vials separately. A numerical result does not establish that a combination is appropriate.
These example concentrations are known. Only on a confirmed U-100 syringe, 10 syringe units = 0.10 mL. Biological IU describe potency, not syringe volume; there is no universal IU-to-mg conversion.
Can 10 units alone tell you the amount in mg?
No. You need the confirmed syringe scale and concentration. If either is unknown, do not infer an amount. Check the label and confirm with the dispensing pharmacist or prescriber. These examples are not recommended doses.
