Tesamorelin: the formulation matters

A familiar molecule does not make every vial interchangeable.

An approval belongs to a specific product

The 2025 EGRIFTA WR label specifies a formulation with an 11.6 mg vial and a 1.28 mg daily dose for its approved indication. It says EGRIFTA WR and EGRIFTA SV are not interchangeable.

What that means in this catalog

A 10 mg research vial is not the labeled product. Matching a number of milligrams cannot establish equivalence. The profile keeps the official label and external website claims separate so their different contexts remain visible.

Before applying a study to yourself, what should you check?

Check who or what was studied, which product was used, what it was compared with, and what actually changed. A laboratory finding or a change in a measured marker does not automatically establish a benefit for people. Use the sources below to check those details.
